As part of being “greener”, the Board is fully behind the composting program. We started composting in June of 2023, from June to December 2023, Riviera residents composted a little over 2 tons.

New Lobby
Behold your refreshed lobby! On February 5, 2024, the final touch to the lobby makeover puzzle was put in place, with even the planters receiving a swift makeover. The Board dedicated significant effort to modernize the lobby while staying true to Riviera’s mid-century modern design and integrating the existing paint scheme.
