Relationships
We value trusting relationships among our residents, staff, and Board of Directors. We are especially proud of the long tenures of our staff who support building operations.
Owners and residents can influence the governance of the community and can participate in community life in many ways.
The Board of Directors
These are elected positions (reserved for unit owners).
Standing Committees of the Board
The Garden Committee was conceived by residents and demonstrates an interest in beautification (for all residents).

Community Meetings
Board and Committee meetings are open to all residents. BuildingLink and The Riviera Review also provide communications between management and the community.
Annual events
Annually, Riviera residents gather on the rooftop to view the fireworks display show from the nearby Columbia Country Club.
Special events
The sun deck and rooftop offer opportunity for informal community gatherings. The Community Room can be reserved for private events.
