New Hot Water Tank
We are currently working on replacing the domestic hot water storage tank.

Lobby Furniture is installed with careful consideration of Riviera’s mid-century modern design.
2023
Pool Renovation
Pool Renovation (piping/drain system, white plaster, and tile stones) .
New Boiler
Boiler 1 replacement.
Driveway Renovation
Driveway renovation and installation of two drains to better deal with the rainwater.
New Recumbent Bike
A recumbent bike was replaced in the fitness room.
2022
Fire Alarm
Upgraded the fire alarm system. Included fire alarm speakers in every unit, 24/7 monitoring system, and first responder antenna signal.
2021
Garage Door
Replacement of door and operating equipment.
Trash Compactor
Replacement of compactor and the purchase of two new trash containers.
2019
Laundry Room
10 washers and six dryers were replaced in September 2019. Onsite staff maintains the equipment. The next round of replacement is scheduled for FY’26.
2018
Community Room
Furniture, rugs, and kitchen upgrades in 2012. Floor and ceiling tile replacement in 2018.
Elevator Lobbies and Hallway Carpet
Replacement of hallway carpet and elevator lobby floor.
Lighting
Replacement of all hallway and garage lighting to LED. Also, laundry, disposal and boiler room.
Riser Pipes for Convectors
Piping feeding the heat and chilled water to the convectors inside every unit were replaced.
2017
Boiler Room Floor
Full depth repairs to concrete floor and new floor coating.
Elevators
Cab components and mechanical operating equipment.
Parking Garage
Concrete full depth and partial repairs at various locations. The addition of membrane coating throughout the flooring, and addition of floor drains.
